HC-10 Corrosion Inhibitor

Appearance: Gel stick, black in color (fades to brown/red) encased in an extruded polymer tube

Performance:

  • Field proven corrosion inhibitor and wetting agent
  • Can effectively control organic deposits
  • Added benefit can be rod pump lubrication when placed in rathole below perf due to dissolved polymer tube

Note:

  • All 3/4 and 5/8 sticks are encased in an extruded polymer tube.

HC-47

Appearance: Hard stick, brown in color - with a disposable cardboard tube

Performance:

  • HC-47 is a water soluble blend with a surfactant
  • This product is a film forming corrosion inhibitor released as stick dissolves
  • Can be effective when applied to flowing oil and gas wells
  • Placing in annulus chemical pots on rod pumped well can be utilized by bypassing produced well fluids
  • Also available 100% concentration (stick will be brown in color, but encased in an extruded polymer tube).
